First time users will be asked to complete a short questionnaire, in order for the App to better understand any mental health concerns you may have, hence recommend relevant psychoeducational articles and mental exercises.

On top of the first page, you may choose to complete their daily check-in, in which: you may select a mood best fit their current state of emotion. As a mood-tracking App, completing this action on a daily basis will help you keep track of things that affect with their daily mental well-beings, whether positively or negatively, like an interactive diary. Of course, you can always revisit this information at "Mood - Check-in History".

After completing the daily mood check-in, you to see their mood status being updated. Right below the status is a exercise section, where you can freely pick exercises that were selected and written by our team of experienced mental health professionals. The exercises may be as simple as a self-care activity, like "bake a cake" or "sleep a deep sleep", or they can be as thorough as to help you manage your on-going crisis, like "the emotion management", "thought management" or "behavior management" section. The methods which you can learn to support yourself are as diverse as your state of emotions, so dont be afraid to explore our lively list of exercises, made just for you!

You will also see pop-ups that recommend interesting reads in mental health, which is a quick way to learn about psychology. After all, knowledge is power.
